        4. Refund.

        This pass is valid solely for the purchase of the XREAL AURA and cannot be applied to any other products.

          The Founder Priority Pass is a limited reservation offered before the official launch of XREAL AURA. For €299, you lock in your spot and receive:

          - Guaranteed launch-day delivery

          - Exclusive access to the Founder's Edition XREAL AURA


          The €299 is not an extra charge. It's a deposit that goes directly toward your final AURA purchase price.

        • How do I use the €299 Founder Priority Pass?

          When XREAL AURA Founder's Edition launches, your €299 deposit will be automatically applied towards your purchase. You'll only pay the difference between the €299 and XREAL AURA's final retail price, which will be announced at launch

        • When will XREAL AURA ship?

          XREAL AURA launches in two waves: the US, UK, and Japan in Fall 2026, and Europe Shortly After. Shipping date is subject to the official product launch time in your region

        • Can I exchange the Founder Priority Pass for cash?

          No. The pass cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift cards, or any other monetary equivalent.

        • Can I combine the Founder Priority Pass with other discounts or promotions?

          No. The pass cannot be combined with other discounts, promo codes, or special pricing unless explicitly stated by XREAL.

        • Is the pass tied to my account?

          Yes. The pass is linked to the email address or account used at purchase, and is valid for one redemption only.

        • Can I transfer my pass to someone else?

          No. The pass is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original purchaser through the same account or email.

        • How long do I have to redeem after XREAL AURA launches?

          You have 30 days from the official XREAL AURA launch date to redeem your pass.

        • Can I make multiple reservations?

          To ensure fairness, each customer is limited to one reservation. If you require a bulk purchase, please contact us by emailing business@xreal.com.

        • How do I use my Founder's Priority Pass once XREAL AURA launches?

          1. After purchasing, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your unique code.

          2. When XREAL AURA officially launches, we'll send you a separate email with a direct purchase link. From there, confirm your shipping details and complete checkout. Your €299 credit will apply automatically, or you can enter your code manually at checkout.

        • How long will the code remain active after the XREAL AURA launch?

          You have 30 days from the launch date in your region to complete checkout and apply the €299 credit.

        • What happens if I don't redeem my reservation in time?

          If you do not complete checkout within the 30-day availability window, your reservation will be canceled. Your €299 credit will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. No action is required on your part.

        • Does reserving guarantee launch-day delivery?

          Founder Priority Pass holders receive a purchase invitation on launch day and ship before general customers, with earlier reservations fulfilled first. Actual delivery timing depends on inventory availability and your position in the fulfillment queue.

        • Is the Founder's Priority Pass refundable?

          Yes, you can receive a full refund at any time before you complete your final checkout. You may cancel your reservation at any point between June 16 and the time you complete your final checkout of XREAL AURA. We will issue a full refund of €299 back to your original payment method.

        • How do I cancel my reservation?

          Log in to your XREAL account and click "Cancel" on the order page, or send an email to support@xreal.com that includes your order number. Refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

        • When will the full amount be charged?

          You will only be charged the remaining balance when you complete your final checkout after XREAL AURA has launched in your region. Prior to that, your card will only be charged €299.

        • Regarding Sales Tax and VAT

          Sales tax or VAT is not charged on the €299 paid at the time of reservation. Applicable taxes will be calculated and collected at the final checkout stage, based entirely on your shipping address.

        • Which regions are eligible for reservations?

          Starting June 16, customers with a shipping address and a locally issued payment method in the following regions can place a reservation:

          United States, United Kingdom, Czech Republic (Czechia), Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Portugal, South Korea and Japan.

          More countries will be added progressively. If your country is not on the list, please join our notification list, and we will email you when reservations open in your region.

        • What payment methods are accepted?

          We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

        • I am in the EU. Why is my launch date later?

          We are utilizing a phased launch approach to ensure the best possible customer experience regarding logistics, customer support, and localization in every region. Regardless of when your region launches, your reservation locks in the exact same €299 credit and priority shipping queue position. You can also cancel for a full refund at any time while you wait.

        • What if I used the wrong email?

          If you purchased the pass using the wrong email address, please contact XREAL Support as soon as possible. Our team will review your order and help verify whether the voucher can be linked to the correct customer account or email.Please note that the credit and pass benefit are tied to the original purchase email/account. To protect purchase eligibility and prevent misuse, email or account changes may require order verification and are not guaranteed after the code has been issued.
