          The €199 XREAL AURA Priority Deposit is applied directly to the purchase price of AURA at checkout. You simply pay the difference between the final retail price of AURA and the €199 credit. The final retail price will be announced on the official launch day.

        • When will XREAL AURA ship?

          XREAL AURA launches in two waves: the US, UK, and Japan in Fall 2026, and the Europe shortly after.

        • Can I use the XREAL AURA Priority Deposit for products other than XREAL AURA?

          No. The XREAL AURA Priority Deposit is valid for XREAL AURA only and cannot be applied to other XREAL products, accessories, bundles, or services unless otherwise stated.

        • Can I exchange the XREAL AURA Priority Deposit for cash?

          No. The XREAL AURA Priority Deposit cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift cards, or any other monetary equivalent.

        • Can I combine the €199 XREAL AURA Priority Deposit with other discounts or offers?

          No. The €199 XREAL AURA Priority Deposit cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, limited-time offers, bundles, or special pricing unless explicitly stated by XREAL.

        • Is the XREAL AURA Priority Deposit tied to my account or email?

          Yes. The XREAL AURA Priority Deposit is tied to the email address or customer account used at purchase. Each customer is eligible for one code and one redemption only.

        • Can I transfer my XREAL AURA Priority Deposit to someone else?

          No. The XREAL AURA Priority Deposit is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser through the eligible purchase email or account.

        • How long is the XREAL AURA Priority Deposit valid after XREAL AURA launches?

          The XREAL AURA Priority Deposit is valid for 30 days after XREAL AURA officially launches. Please redeem it within the official redemption period.

        • Can I use the launch credit more than once?

          No. Each customer account/email is eligible for one redemption only. Once the benefit has been redeemed, the account/email will no longer be eligible to redeem more launch credit.

        • Can I make multiple reservations?

          To ensure fairness, each customer is limited to one reservation. If you require a bulk purchase, please contact us by emailing business@xreal.com.

        • How do I use my XREAL AURA Priority Deposit once AURA launches?

          1. After purchasing the XREAL AURA Priority Deposit, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your code.

          2. When XREAL AURA officially launches, you will receive another email. Click the provided link to initiate your purchase, confirm your shipping address, and complete checkout. The €199 credit will automatically apply to your order total, or you can manually copy and apply your code at checkout.


        • How long will the code remain active after the XREAL AURA launch?

          You have 30 days from the launch date in your region to complete checkout and apply the €199 launch credit.

        • What happens if I don't redeem my reservation in time?

          If you do not complete checkout within the 30-day availability window, your reservation will be canceled. Your €99 will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. No action is required on your part.

        • Does reserving guarantee I will get a device on launch day?

          A reservation places you ahead of new customers and ensures you receive a purchase invitation on launch day. Actual shipping times depend on your place in the fulfillment queue (earlier reservations ship first).

        • Is the XREAL AURA Priority Deposit refundable?

          Yes, you can receive a full refund at any time before you complete your final checkout. You may cancel your reservation at any point between June 16 and the time you complete your final checkout of XREAL AURA. We will issue a full refund of $199 back to your original payment method.

        • How do I cancel my reservation?

          Log in to your XREAL account and click "Cancel" on the order page, or send an email to support@xreal.com that includes your order number. Refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

        • When will the full amount be charged?

          You will only be charged the remaining balance when you complete your final checkout after XREAL AURA has launched in your region. Prior to that, your card will only be charged for the €99 reservation.

        • Regarding Sales Tax and VAT

          Sales tax or VAT is not charged on the €199 XREAL AURA Priority Deposit paid at the time of reservation. Applicable taxes will be calculated and collected at the final checkout stage, based entirely on your shipping address.

        • Which regions are eligible for reservations?

          Starting June 16, customers with a shipping address and a locally issued payment method in the following regions can place a reservation:

          United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Czech Republic (Czechia), Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Portugal, Australia, South Korea and Japan.

          More countries will be added progressively. If your country is not on the list, please join our notification list, and we will email you when reservations open in your region.

        • What payment methods are accepted?

          We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

        • I am in the EU. Why is my launch date later?

          We are utilizing a phased launch approach to ensure the best possible customer experience regarding logistics, customer support, and localization in every region. Regardless of when your region launches, your reservation locks in the exact same €199 credit and priority shipping queue position. You can also cancel for a full refund at any time while you wait.

        • What if I used the wrong email?

          If you purchased the voucher using the wrong email address, please contact XREAL Support as soon as possible. Our team will review your order and help verify whether the voucher can be linked to the correct customer account or email.Please note that the voucher and its coupon benefit are tied to the original purchase email/account. To protect purchase eligibility and prevent misuse, email or account changes may require order verification and are not guaranteed after the coupon code has been issued.
