The XREAL AURA Launch Credit secures your priority access and locks in special launch-day credit. Once
XREAL AURA officially launches, your €99 will be redeemed into €199 worth of credit, which is redeemable toward the purchase of XREAL AURA.

The €199 credit is applied directly to the purchase price of XREAL AURA at checkout. You simply pay the difference between the final retail price of XREAL AURA and the €199 credit. The final retail price will be announced on the official launch day.

XREAL AURA launches in two waves: the US, UK, and Japan in Fall 2026, and the Europe shortly after. （Shipping date is subject to the official product launch time in your region）

No. The launch credit is valid for XREAL AURA only and cannot be applied to other XREAL products, accessories, bundles, or services unless otherwise stated.

No. The launch credit cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift cards, or any other monetary equivalent.

No. The €199 launch credit cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, limited-time offers, bundles, or special pricing unless explicitly stated by XREAL.

Yes. The launch credit is tied to the email address or customer account used at purchase. Each customer is eligible for one code and one redemption only.

No. The launch credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser through the eligible purchase email or account.

The launch credit is valid for 30 days after XREAL AURA officially launches. Please redeem your launch credit within the official redemption period.

No. Each customer account/email is eligible for one redemption only. Once the benefit has been redeemed, the account/email will no longer be eligible to redeem more launch credit.

1. After purchasing the XREAL AURA Launch Credit, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your code.

2. When XREAL AURA officially launches, you will receive another email. Click the provided link to initiate your purchase, confirm your shipping address, and complete checkout. The €199 credit will automatically apply to your order total, or you can manually copy and apply your code at checkout.

You have 30 days from the launch date in your region to complete checkout and apply the €199 launch credit.

If you do not complete checkout within the 30-day availability window, your reservation will be canceled. Your €99 will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. No action is required on your part.

A reservation places you ahead of new customers and ensures you receive a purchase invitation on launch day. Actual shipping times depend on your place in the fulfillment queue (earlier reservations ship first).

Yes, you can receive a full refund at any time before you complete your final checkout. You may cancel your reservation at any point between June 16 and the time you complete your final checkout of XREAL AURA. We will issue a full refund of €99 back to your original payment method.

Log in to your XREAL account and click "Cancel" on the order page, or send an email to support@xreal.com that includes your order number. Refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will only be charged the remaining balance when you complete your final checkout after XREAL AURA has launched in your region. Prior to that, your card will only be charged for the €99 reservation.

Sales tax or VAT is not charged on the €99 Launch Credit paid at the time of reservation. Applicable taxes will be calculated and collected at the final checkout stage, based entirely on your shipping address.

Starting June 16, customers with a shipping address and a locally issued payment method in the following regions can place a reservation:

United States, United Kingdom, Czech Republic (Czechia), Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Portugal, South Korea and Japan.

More countries will be added progressively. If your country is not on the list, please join our notification list, and we will email you when reservations open in your region.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Regardless of when your region launches, your reservation locks in the exact same €199 credit and priority shipping queue position. You can also cancel for a full refund at any time while you wait.

If you purchased the voucher using the wrong email address, please contact XREAL Support as soon as possible.
