Order Processing Time is the time elapsed between when you place your order and when we hand over the order to the delivery service.
Generally, orders are shipped within 1 working day of payment.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday-Friday during standard business hours and takes normal holidays. Orders made during weekends or holidays may take a longer time.

An email with a tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped. Please note: Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update and may take longer during weekends, events, or holidays.

We ship from local warehouses, so there is no import tax. Per your local laws, GST or TAX may apply.
